Another meeting from the "Youth Time" series will take place in Narva Kultuurimajas Rugodiv, where young people who have achieved significant results in their field will share their experiences, knowledge and journey with other young people.
The aim of the project is to show that big goals can be achieved at a young age, and to give young people practical advice, inspiration and courage to realize their ideas. The guests' stories help to learn from their experiences, notice possible difficulties and find your way to achieving your goals.
This time the meeting is particularly symbolic: "Youth Age" meets Noorteaeg!
Our guest is Mikhail Gladyshev - the founder of the NGO Noorteaeg.
Mikhail tells how he got the idea to create his own organization at a young age and how small initiatives gradually grew into real youth projects and big events in Ida-Virumaa.
At the meeting we will talk about:
• how to start implementing your ideas even without much experience;
• where to find support and funding for your ideas;
• how to create a team and bring the project to fruition;
• what difficulties and mistakes can occur on this path.
The NGO Noorteaeg organizes youth projects and city events and creates new opportunities for young people in the region. In 2026, the organization organized the large youth festivals NARVA-JÕESUU JAM and NARVA-JÕESUU TECH in Narva-Jõesuu, which united young people, creativity, technology and new development opportunities.
The main topic of the meeting is not only the achieved results, but the entire journey - how one person's idea can turn into a project step by step that influences and inspires others as well.
