These terms govern subscription to and use of the newsletter on the idaviru.events platform, which brings together cultural and sports events in the Ida-Virumaa region.

2. Purpose of the Newsletter

The newsletter contains information about public events, cultural and sports activities, festivals, campaigns, and recommendations in Ida-Virumaa. The content is sent to the user's email address based on their selected preferences.

3. Subscription Conditions

To subscribe, the user provides a valid email address and confirms their consent to receive periodic event-related information.

4. User Rights

  • The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
  • The user has the right to request the deletion or correction of their data by sending a request to kaisa@idaviru.events.

5. Frequency of the Newsletter

The newsletter is sent no more than once a week or based on specific events, in accordance with user preferences.

6. Liability

The platform is not responsible for technical delivery failures caused by third-party services (e.g., email providers).
