Brandon Thomas' play "Charlie's Aunt" is considered a real theatrical phenomenon. It has been performed many times on the stages of different countries around the world - from Broadway to Berlin - and it has achieved extraordinary popularity among audiences.
Theater and film actors, Israeli musical and operetta theater artists and laureates and winners of international competitions will take part in the performance.
A light, bright and truly theatrical story about how one absurd transformation can turn life upside down. The story centers around a poor but resourceful hero who decides to take on the craziest adventure in order to save love and his friends - impersonating a rich aunt from faraway Brazil.
Confusions, costume changes, misunderstandings and bright humor follow each other, turning the show into a real kaleidoscope of comic situations. Music, dances and lively vocal numbers create an atmosphere of festive and carefree fun, while the witty dialogues and colorful characters never give the viewer a moment of respite.
