On February 1, 2026, the Ida-Virumaa boys singing competition will take place in Mäetagus community hall. It is a regional event that brings to the stage boys and young men up to 20 years old who are interested in singing from all over the county.
The performers are evaluated by a three-member jury, which pays attention to musicality, repertoire selection, diction, singing technique and complete stage performance. The best singers will advance to the semi-finals, which will take place on the 4th and 5th. on April 2026 in Tartu and the final concert of the best singers on May 17, 2026 in Tallinn.
