On May 14, TalTech's Virumaa College student conference will take place, which this year is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the town of Kohtla-Järve and is therefore entitled "Kohtla-Järve 80 - from an industrial city to a smart and human-centered living environment" .
Presentations will be made by students from TalTech's Virumaa College and UT Narva College .
The aim of the conference is to introduce students' research, inventions and ideas to the general public, especially young people, and thereby popularize engineering education . Today, student works are more and more of practical value and are related to challenges posed by companies, institutions, the environment or real life .
