Introducing training: Nordic walking - more than a regular walk!

ESF+ PROJECT “Healthy and Aware: A Vibrant Community through Mental, Physical, and Financial Balance” – the first workshop will take place on 25.08.2025.

Come and discover how a simple way of moving can provide an effective full-body workout!

Nordic Walking:

  • strengthens the heart and muscles

  • improves posture and joint mobility

  • helps burn more calories than regular walking

  • suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels

In the training, you will learn:
🦯 proper technique and how to use the poles – BRING your OWN POLES!
🧍‍♂️ warm-up and stretching exercises before and after walking
🌿 walking at a pleasant pace in a supportive group

If you don’t have Nordic walking poles, you can get them on site! Please let us know when registering.
