This evening, Tibetan sound bowls, gong, ethnic instruments and a shaman drum will take you on a sound journey. Uplifting sounds lead to a state of deep relaxation, where the body's self-healing processes are triggered. Bring a blanket and something soft under your back. Some mats and blankets are available on site.
