From November 27 , 2025 to January 30 , 2026 , a traditional exhibition will be held at the Sillamäe Culture and Hobby Center "Winter Fantasy" . The creations of hobbyists and art department students are on display , reflecting the beauty , mood and imagination of winter nature .
The purpose of the exhibition is to present the artistic development of children and young people and to offer visitors the opportunity to discover how each author interprets winter . Various techniques and fresh creative energy can be found in the works .
