In the Rugodiv Culture House, the Book Laboratory begins work - a series of regular meetings where the book is the starting point for dialogue, inspiration and creativity.
The program includes:
- discussions of fiction and non-fiction,
- readings,
- presentations of books and new works,
- creative workshops,
- lectures,
- book lovers (book dating),
- poetry evenings,
- intellectual and entertaining quizzes.
At our meetings, you can share impressions, discover new authors, debate, read familiar texts from a new angle and find unexpected meanings.
The Book Laboratory of the Culture House is open to everyone. It doesn't matter how many books you've read — what matters is curiosity and the desire to engage in dialogue. Come read, listen, talk, think and be inspired with us.
Kultuurimaja Rugodiv is an active open library, and book exchange is also planned as part of the Book Laboratory.
The event will take place within the framework of the Estonian Book Year. The Year of the Estonian Book will be celebrated in the period from January 30, 2025 to Mother Language Day — March 14, 2026. The new event format is dedicated to an important event in Estonian literature.
