The session is preceded by a meeting with the director's first assistant Matilde Matvere and we open a photo exhibition from the shooting days in Iisaku - the author of the photos is the renowned press photographer MARIE KILK.
An adventure comedy inspired by Mihkel Raua's popular novel of the same name, takes us into the crazy world of young musicians at the end of the 1980s. Blue and white is still banned, but a hidden movement is already taking place in Estonia, which will soon lead to another standstill. The bravura 17-year-old Mihkel sets off on a summer journey with his heavy band to perform at the most important music festival of his life. His friend and rival Hendrik, whose band has just disbanded, offers to accompany the band to impress the foreign music producers invited to the festival.
