On April 4 at 18:00, we invite you to the 4th game of the Intellectual Sea Rest, where gastronomy opens the door to the depths of Greek culture. In the run-up to Easter, antique heritage and authentic flavors come together.
This evening, our menu is a homage to the sun and traditions of the Greek islands. An ensemble of flavors awaits you, where authentic textures and cultural depth intertwine:
Dakos — A crisp and fresh welcome from the Cretan coast: toasted bread enriched with ripe tomatoes, silky feta cheese, olive oil and aromatic herbs.
Stifado — an hours-long consecration of aromas: a traditional Greek stew with beef and shallots, where slow simmering has created perfect softness and a deep bouquet of flavors.
Sütlaç — silky and tender rice pudding baked in the oven.
Evening program:
Gastronomic journey: Three-course dinner in the author's key of Greek classics.
Intellectual quiz: The atmosphere of the evening is created and the exciting game is led by the charismatic Antonina Lattu.
Symbols: Before the holidays, special surprises await the guests — as we always do.
Rhythm: The symbol of unity adorns the evening — sirtaki!

After the intellectual part, starting at 21:00, we will continue the party with the rhythms of DJ Alex. Alissa Linter, the master of visual storytelling, captures the aesthetics of the evening.
