The action of the film unfolds just before Christmas in a small village in southern Estonia, where an inexperienced but eager veterinary officer (Taavi Teplenkov) arrives, who wants to end a suspicious case of swine fever as soon as possible.

The official's somehow interpreted decisions, according to which all domestic animals must be destroyed immediately, trigger more and more absurd events in the village.

Spiced with a lot of black humor, the real best of domestic actors will perform: Taavi Teplenkov, Egon Nuter, Külliki Saldre, Hendrik Toompere junior, Andres Mähar, Mari Jürjens, Argo Aadli, Christopher Rajaveer, Aleksandr Bražnik, Andres Puustusmaa, Inga Salarand, Mairo Libba, Carita Vaikjärv, Joonas terik, Haldja Semjonova and Marie Konsa.

The director and scriptwriter of the film is Ove Musting, producer Jaan Laugamõts, cinematographer Sten-Johan Lill, artist Anneli Arusaar, editor Moonika Raidam, composer Mihkel Zilmer and sound director Markus Andreas. The film is produced by Downtown Pictures and the production is supported by the Estonian Film Institute, the Estonian Cultural Capital and the Tartu Film Fund.
