"The Last Metsavend" is based on the book of memories of forest brother Ruuben Lambur "Alutagus Saga".
It is a story of love for the motherland and the struggle for its freedom.
The play does not ask how everything was, but why it happened.
Ruuben Lambur's reminiscences, alternating with well-known songs, take you on a journey to the harshest years of Estonian history.
Yet there is hope in the air, for evil cannot win…
