LIVE DIALOGUE: trainer and organizer Valeria Lavrova.

On December 14 at 5:00 p.m., a meeting with Valeria Lavrova - adult educator, curriculum author and organizer from Narva will take place at Kultuurimaja Rugodiv.

Valeria has been active in the field of adult education for many years. He has studied at the Viljandi Academy of Culture and the University of Tartu, and his professional path is closely related to the development of communities and supporting people in learning.

Since 2019, more than a thousand specialists from all over Estonia have participated in his trainings. His work is characterized by practicality, respect for the experience of each participant and the belief that learning can be done at any age - without stress and pressure.

In 2025, Valeria received the national award Educator of the Year - the best adult educator in Estonia.

One of Valeria's major interests is artificial intelligence and neural networks, as well as how rapidly and excitingly our world is changing.

At the meeting, we will talk about global trends and what they mean for the common man.

In addition to training work, Valeria develops local discussion and culture projects, including "Discussion Day BAZAR", and is part of the Station Narva festival team.

The goal of his activities is to create more open conversations and common solutions in the city.
