We invite you to a new meeting from the "Living dialogue" series — our guest is Narva artist and textile artist Natalja Kapajeva.
Natalja is the author of hundreds of fabric patterns of the Kreenholm manufactory, has participated in exhibitions both in Estonia and outside Estonia, the instructor of the patchwork club Patchwork Plus and the laureate of the title "Cultural figure of the city of Narva - 2019".
His creations combine traditions, Kreenholm memory and modern artistic approaches.
On February 5, we will talk about:
• how a fabric pattern is created;
• what Kreenholm has given to the city and artists;
• why patchwork can be art;
• how creativity connects generations;
• and how art is developing in Narva today.
It is a warm and open meeting where everyone can ask questions and hear live stories from Natalja's creative workshop.
