There are women whose impact extends far beyond their everyday work and activities.
Women who create new opportunities, advance their fields, bring people together and inspire others through their courage, dedication and example.
On 14 November, we will meet in Narva to recognise and celebrate these women.
At the festive ceremony, the Estonian Association of Business and Professional Women (EENA) will present two important awards:
✨ Woman of the Year 2026
✨ Young Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2026
The tradition of recognising the Woman of the Year began as early as 1993, and this year the title will be awarded for the 34th time. EENA has been awarding the title of Young Female Entrepreneur of the Year since 2011 — this year for the 16th time. Meet the previous title holders: https://bpw-estonia.ee/aasta-naine/
Over the years, the award has been presented to women from a wide range of fields — entrepreneurs, cultural and educational figures, scientists, community leaders and many others whose work, achievements and impact have helped move Estonia forward.
It is not the field that matters, but the impact!
At this year’s gala, we will put the spotlight on the 2026 nominees and their stories. The highlight of the evening will be the announcement of the Woman of the Year 2026 and Young Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2026.
We will also celebrate EENA’s 34th anniversary — recognising and celebrating women has been at the heart of our anniversary tradition for more than three decades.
We invite you to Narva — because outstanding women, their stories and their impact can be found all across Estonia, and the tradition of recognising them should reach every corner of the country.
The event is open to everyone — come alone or bring a companion.
Although the stage belongs to women this evening, the celebration is for everyone!
