Dear friends,
we are waiting for you at the Toila Seltsimajja theater on the afternoon of the second Advent!
The main character of Kivirähki's play is Paunvere's pastor or Julk-Jüri, known from Oskar Lutsu's novel "Spring", who ponders his thoughts while reading the Bible between the walls of his home after a long day at school.
As a result of his introspection, the well-known characters of "Spring" appear before the viewers.
Childhood, growing up as a man, unfulfilled dreams and the idea of whether a person changes completely when they become an adult are taken as a common theme. Where does the child disappear in our soul? Why are some people still able to retain it? Or is the child still inside all of us, just very, very deep?
Can all of us one day become a "curator" if we do not take care of our souls?
Janek Varblas, a hobby actor from Jõgeva, plays the role of the coachman.
Participation fee 5 euros.
