This is a restorative, slow-paced, meditative yoga class. The exercises performed in the classes are suitable for everyone, they help strengthen health, restore vitality and relieve stress. Simple and effective exercises soothe, relieve joint and back pain. Suitable for both beginners and advanced students, flexibility, age and previous experience are not important. The classes are guided by Piia Kelner, who has practiced yoga for 20 years.
